Cancellation Policy

Please Note that travel cost is included for any bookings within a 5 mile radius of Ilkeston. Any bookings outside of this radius, will incur an additional travel cost, relevant to the distance travelled. Please ask when booking if unsure. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have to cancel your booking. Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event will receive no refund. Alternatively, we may be able to move your booking if possible, subject to availability. Bookings cancelled earlier than 14 days before the event, will have the option to move the booking, subject to availability, or receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
